Conformal molds cooling system

We have implemented another innovation consisting in the use of printed PET blow mold cooling inserts.
Thanks to this solution distribution of the cooling channels is strictly aligned to the surface of the mold cavity, providing cooling evenly throughout.
The application of a conformal cooling channels minimizes the negative effects of the uneven distribution of the container in the blow mold, causing e.g. warping or deformation.
This innovative solution shortens the cycle, increases efficiency of mold and reduce the cost of bottles production.
