We kindly inform you that Petbottle Sp. z o. o. implements the General Terms of Orders, Deliveries and Warranties (OWZDiG) with effect from 4th January 2016. The document is available on our website: www.petbottle.pl in the COMPANY/PETBOTTLE QUALITY PRINCIPLE tab.
The provisions of the document have been introduced for the purpose of constant improvement of our customer service quality as well as our pursue to regulate and specify the trade relations. We want every aspect of the clients’ cooperation with us to be coherent, specified and transparent, so that our partners, present and future clients can feel comfortable throughout the order processing.
At the same time, the warranty conditions have been regulated. Each product that we deliver to our client will from now on be accompanied by a suitable Warranty Certificate.
